HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO PROCESS?

Please allow up to 72 hours for processing (excluding weekends and holidays) before your order ships. All orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm EST and ship by 2pm EST each day.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING DETAILS?

Shipping and handling charges are based on your subtotal order amount, calculated after applicable discounts and before sales tax. Rates are calculated as follows:

HOW DO I MEASURE MYSELF?

Please follow these guidelines to find the fit that works best. To figure out your measurements, have another person assist you.
Use a fabric tape measure and be sure to wear minimal clothing.

WHAT IS THE BETTER BODY RETURN POLICY?

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. We do not accept returns for Better Body store purchases or 3rd party retailers.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

We are currently not set up for exchanges. Please email us at betterbodyhtx@gmail.com or call us to get a return started. Then a new order can be placed for another size or item.

 

CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR/SIZE OF WHAT I JUST ORDERED?

Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please contact us immediately to cancel the order.
